Staff helpful and friendly. Complimentary amenities provided daily. Convenient location near Hirosedori station. Quiet and clean area. Breakfast was very good. Staff was superb and professional. Coin laundry available for long stays.

We had a lovely romantic escape thanks to the attentive staff who provided free personal care items during our stay. The breakfast options were great and included delicious pastries, coffee, juice, and salad. The location was perfect for exploring the city and we enjoyed the quiet surroundings.
The room was quite small and the desk provided was not sufficient for any work-related activities. The bed was uncomfortable and caused some stiffness during the night. Additionally, the room lacked proper lighting and the old hair dryer was not very effective. while we appreciated the caring staff and proximity to attractions, we felt that the room needed some improvements to enhance the comfort of our stay.

The hotel is conveniently located near the station, making transportation very easy. The staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. The hotel was very clean and had great facilities. The breakfast was delicious and offered a good spread of options.

The staff at the hotel were very nice and helpful, making our stay more pleasant. We liked the fact that we were provided with toothbrushes and razor blades daily. The breakfast was adequate and filling and we enjoyed having free pyjamas to wear. The hotel was situated in a quiet area but still close to the train station with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.
The room was quite small and lacked space to work, with only a small desk provided. The bed was uncomfortable for us and it was difficult to adjust to the central heating, which made the room too warm.
